Tahoe City Public Utility District – West Lake Tahoe Regional Water Treatment Plant

This 4,066sf building is a new water treatment facility for a local public utility district. The facility will provide a year-round reliable water source for the west shore communities of Lake Tahoe and augment fire protection capabilities throughout the region. The building is constructed with concrete masonry walls and steel roof structure. The material selections provide a durable, low maintaintance, and fire resistant building envelope for this critical infrastructure project.
