This remodel of an existing two-story restaurant looks to redefine the “Mexican Roadhouse” with the use of exposed steel, wood, and concrete. The 5,235 sf restaurant located in Kings Beach, CA includes the addition of an elevator/stair tower to access the upper deck seating area and employee restrooms. This new interpretation complements the “south of the border” cuisine of the new Owner.
