The Bar of America exterior improvements included the installation of new 10’ tall entry doors, a 6-panel sliding door connecting the West dining room with the sidewalk dining area, and new metal clad windows. The Interior remodel scope included new men’s & women’s ADA accessible restrooms and a remodeling of the kitchen, pizza bar, and dining rooms. To achieve these improvements, most of the ‘back of house’ was demolished, including the existing bank vault (from Bank of America). Additionally, a 4” steel post was removed from the dining room and replaced with a new steel beam to open the room
