VERGE

Verge is an alpine modern home located on a steeply sloping site with a two-story incline down to the main level living spaces from the entry/garage level. An angular soaring shed roof and floor to ceiling windows infuse the living and sleeping spaces with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe, as well as plentiful natural light. Outdoor living spaces surround the home, and offer varying options for outdoor use: fire pit seating, shaded spots, wind protected zones, grill area, spa area, and dog yard. The home is under construction with an anticipated completion in Fall 2025.
